Tavern in the Square Tailgate Package Giveaway — Broadway Hospitality Group

- Sponsor
This sweepstakes is sponsored by Broadway Hospitality Group, operating Tavern in the Square (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram or Facebook), the National Football League, or any NFL team.
- Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Massachusetts, Connecticut, or New Hampshire who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Proof of residency and age may be required prior to prize fulfillment. Employees of Broadway Hospitality Group, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.
- Entry period
The sweepstakes begins on [9/20/26] at 12:00 AM ET and ends on [10/3/26] at 11:59 PM ET (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
- How to enter
To enter via social media: Follow the official Instagram or Facebook account of a participating Broadway Hospitality Group brand, the participating brand (Katsiroubas Bros., Imperial Brady, Ghost or US Foods & Lamb Weston) and tag at least one (1) friend in the comments of the designated giveaway post during the Entry Period. One entry per person, per account. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
- Prize
Three (3) grand prize winner will receive: two (2) tickets to regular season football game in Foxboro, Massachusetts, and a co-branded tailgate merchandise package from Broadway Hospitality Group/Tavern in the Square and Ghost Tequila. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of prize: $[500]. Tickets are subject to availability and venue policies. No cash equivalent or substitution of prize is permitted. Prize is non-transferable. Tickets may be delivered digitally or physically, depending on sponsor’s preference.
- Winner selection
Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or around 10/5/26. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 48 hours of the drawing. Winner must respond within 48 hours of notification or an alternate winner will be selected.
- Prize fulfillment
Prize will be delivered to the winner free of charge within ten (10) days of winner confirmation. Winner must provide proof of age and residency prior to prize fulfillment. Failure to provide such documentation within five (5) business days of request will result in forfeiture of the prize.
- Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the ARV of the prize exceeds $600, winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 and must provide a valid Social Security number prior to prize fulfillment.
- General conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or otherwise acting in violation of these rules.
- Winner list & official rules
For the name of the winner or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Broadway Hospitality Group, 732 East Broadway, Attn: Tailgate Giveaway, after 10/5/26 and before 10/31/26. Winner list and rules requests will be fulfilled within 30 days of receipt.
- Limitation of liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Broadway Hospitality Group, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
- Governing law
This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
