TEAM MEMBER SPOTLIGHT

BONNIE MCGRATH

Bonnie has been with the company since 2020 when she started as a server in our Burlington location. Through her hardworking and dedication she quickly became an integral member of our bar team. Bonnie comes in everyday with a positive attitude and creates a fantastic environment for not only our guests but also her fellow team members. Bonnie is someone who embodies our brand pillars, most importantly being “authentically welcoming” to every single guest who sits at the bar. When Bonnie is not at Tavern she loves to spend as much as she can with her two kids as well as her dog, Sally. Bonnie is an incredible bartender and we are beyond lucky to have her in our Burlington location.

Greenprint Eco-Friendly Food Products Replace single-use plastics with sustainable solutions. They provide the food service industry with sustainable solutions to single-use plastics that don’t disrupt consumer habits. This straw is uniquely made from agave material.With a shelf life greater than 300 days, the decomposition process is triggered upon use. Degradation does not produce or leave microplastics, and the straws are 100% recyclable. We love being able to use these in our Agave Bowls!
